We are all Yellow
Blinqx just keeps growing! That calls for a strong employer brand and careersite with which we can (more easily) find and connect talent to our Blinqx family. How are we going to do this?
Blinqx careersite
This not only increases the efficiency and quality of our recruitment process, but also increases our attractiveness as an employer. Instead of each Blinqx location having to do the (time-consuming!) recruitment process separately, we create one central platform in which all available positions within the Blinqx family can be presented. Benefits for all:
Improved matching of candidates so vacancies are filled faster
Better 'culture fit' with candidates so they really fit with us
Building talent pool for future job openings
Responding more efficiently to changing needs in our growing family
Less dependence on outside agencies
More control over the recruitment process, from application to contract
#WeAreYellow
The color yellow plays a starring role in our story. It stands for energy, enthusiasm, curiosity, friendliness. This is reflected in your colleagues and in the workplace. And therefore also in our communication!
You’re going to recognize that by a “#WeAreYellow” tag. This will give our expressions (careersite, socials, blogs, testimonials) an approachable community vibe. And we position all Blinqx companies as a strong collective with similar DNA. Together we are a family to which top talent wants to connect.

How Smart Rebel is your team?
Tips & Tricks
Do you and your team ever have a consultation off the beaten path? Try one of these techniques and discover how looking at the same topic differently can provide new insights.
Reverse brainstorming
Instead of coming up with solutions, think about ways to make the problem worse. This often leads to surprising insights that, when reversed, can yield innovative solutions.
Starbursting brainstorm
Try to think of the right questions, rather than providing solutions or answers right away. This allows you to identify “holes” in your plan faster and think more freely because the answer does not have to be readily available during the brainstorm.
Worst possible idea
This technique encourages you to come up with the worst possible ideas, which often leads to refreshing insights. It helps you to feel freer in sharing an idea or making suggestions.
How are you living up to your Ambitions?
Tips & Tricks
What are your personal goals for 2025? And, more importantly, how do you make sure you get one step closer to achieving them every day? By setting micro goals, you can make progress every day that will help you stay more motivated and achieve those goals! Try these micro goals:
Microgoal 1
Learning Objective
Set a daily learning goal for yourself, such as reading an article, listening to a podcast or taking a short course module. Learning something every day = continued growth.
Microgoal 2
Reflection
For one week, end your workday with 5 minutes of reflection on what you accomplished and write a short report of your progress. At the end of the week, read how much you did! Motivation = key to achieving your goals.
Microgoal 3
Good start
Prioritize your most important task of the day and tackle it first. A good start = more productive for the rest of the day.
Microgoal 4
Overview
At the beginning of your day, take 5 minutes to write down your priorities for the day. During the day, tick off what you got done. Overview = better focus.
Microgoal 5
Networking
For one week, send one message every day to a colleague, mentor or other professional contact to strengthen your relationship or ask for feedback. Network = important for professional growth.
How Human centered are you?
Tips & Tricks
Practical tips to be (even) more human centered in your daily interactions.
How are you?
It might seem obvious, but try this: when you start a conversation with a colleague you don’t speak to daily, ask how their day is going or how they’re doing before diving into work topics.
Listen actively
Take time at least once a day to truly listen to a colleague without interrupting. Summarize briefly what they said to show you understand and value their input.
Respect each other’s time
Before launching into a request or task, ask your colleague if it’s a good time to talk. This gives them the opportunity to let you know when it works best for them.
Give specific compliments
Give a sincere compliment to a colleague—whether it’s about their work or a new haircut. Anything goes, as long as it’s genuine!
Weekly check-in
Set aside a short weekly moment to check in with your team members. This helps create consistent communication, even during busy weeks!
Your story
Just say Yellow!
To make our external employer communications authentic, sharing stories of you as a Blinqxer is an important part of our content. We are therefore looking for colleagues who want to share their experience of working at (a) Blinqx (company).
Is that you? Sign up, and we (your marketing colleagues) will be happy to schedule a short interview with you. The story will be written for you, all you have to do is answer 5 questions. Who knows, you might soon be shining on the careersite.
The Culture of Growth Builders
Growth of our colleagues, our clients and our Blinqx family; it all starts with ourselves. That means an open and challenging work environment where you get to do things your own way. With a lot of freedom, responsibility and room for entrepreneurship. So nothing stands in your way to realize your own growth, that of the client and that of the company. Our shared values are consistent with this. They form the common thread of our careersite.
