How Leadrs achieves 35% growth with the same number of people

Leadrs helps businesses win with online marketing. From strategy to content creation and data; they do everything they can to put their clients, such as accounting firms, healthcare institutions and companies with many branches and brands, on the leading edge in the smartest way possible. But in their own operations, there was also something to be gained. They brought all of their software and fragmented information together with Blinqx Consultancy & Agency – with substantial growth as a result.

Online marketing agency Leadrs helps clients get the lead through a combination of smart strategies, creation and data. But owner Jordi noticed at one point that they weren't working in the smartest way themselves. "We had lots of software programs and lists: Excel for project overviews and sales, CRM software, an invoicing program and lots of reports, which didn't always give clear insight. Our team leaders lost track of performance at one point, the sales team was selling more or less work than needed, and the consultants were getting lost in the 186 quotation options.'

Something had to be done. That really became apparent when Leadrs entered a growth trajectory. Jordi and his team needed a solution that measures KPIs at all levels and provides insight into management information. The software and guidance of Simplicate, a Blinqx company, turned out to be the solution. To start with, the Simplicate business consultant advised us to rewrite our services. We went from 186 to 24 quotation possibilities. With that, we standardized our services and solved the gap between sales and execution.' Business consulting was a first step; Simplicate's total integration gave Leadrs the structure they were looking for. 'Because it is a total solution, we no longer have separate lists, but a clear overview. The clear and real-time reports also ensure that our consultants and team leaders understand better and faster where we stand with a project. And can thus communicate this to our customers. The standard quotation options help with this, because we know how much time our consultants and team leaders spend on an assignment.

All of Jordi's colleagues benefit from the new software, which has been running since January 2022. 'We all feel that we are back in control. We interpret data better, turn it into opportunities, and so we are again a real added value for customers. But the biggest gain is that administration time fell by 60%. As a result, we can do more for our customers and surprise them again with new ideas.'
