Financial advisory organization Yellow Hive works with more than 500 colleagues to achieve its goals: to structurally belong to the top 5 in the financial sector of the Netherlands and to spread its wings on the European market. With a dedicated team, the organization will continue on its course to grow further in 2024 and strengthen its position as a leading player. Milan Verzijlbergh, ICT Director at Yellow Hive, and Stefan van den Berg, Director Power of Attorney at Yinco (part of Yellow Hive), explain the challenges involved in setting up the company-wide IT infrastructure needed to facilitate this growth. Milan stresses the importance of efficiency within Yellow Hive: "We are faced with the challenge of handling a huge amount of administrative work with a limited number of employees. That sometimes requires a different mindset, but ultimately delivers much more."
