Peinemann has been renting forklifts since 1954. This passion is the core of the company, which has now grown into a leading player in the industry. Peinemann's expertise lies in keeping logistics processes running smoothly within various sectors such as construction, port, industry and logistics. The team of more than 1,200 colleagues manages a large rental fleet allowing Peinemann to offer a wide range of services. In addition to machinery, they are also active in construction logistics, industrial removals and maintenance of harbor cranes.

Peinemann, an equipment rental company for horizontal and vertical transport, was looking for an integrated ERP solution that was fully tailored to the rental industry. The solution needed to provide all employees with anytime, anywhere access to company systems and include extranet capabilities for their customers.

The process/method

Peinemann chose AllSolutions' online business software. Bas Quispel, IT manager at Peinemann, says: 'Our solution is specially developed for the rental industry and we can use it to support all our business processes well.' Peinemann's central database is now accessible online for mechanics, planners and field staff. Mechanics work with notebooks and enter work orders directly with customers so that planners can get to work immediately.
